PS8 has three programs that operate on site after school hours.
Kids Cre8
Kids Cre8 is the PTA-sponsored after school enrichment program. There are three 10-week sessions of clubs during the school year. The first session starts in mid-September. Registration is about a week before. Be sure to sign up for the PS8 PTA email list. The PS8 PTA uses Mailchimp for communication. Learn more!

New York Edge
New York Edge (Department of Youth and Community Development Program) offers a free, on-site after school program. There is a mandatory daily attendance requirement. Priority is given to students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. Please apply at https://discoverdycd.dycdconnect.nyc/home. Search for COMPASS Elementary: PS 8 Robert Fulton (13K008). The NY Edge after school program begins mid-September.
Kids Orbit
Kids Orbit also offers an on-site program, it is fee based and available 1-5 days/week. More information about schedule and fees is available here. Please reach out directly to Kids Orbit to apply. Kids Orbit also begins mid-September.
Independent After School Programming
Separate from PS8 or the PTA, some local sports and arts programs will work with you to arrange pickups and walkovers from school. Please reach out to local programs directly for more information.
