For answers to your fundraising questions, we invite K and 1st grade parents to meet after drop off in the Multi-Purpose Room on Friday, October 27. We’ll also hold events for all PS8 families on Fridays, November 3 and November 10 after drop off.

About the Fall Fundraising Campaign

To continue to provide services and resources that make the difference in a PS8 education, the PS8 PTA Fall Fundraising Campaign has a goal of $225,000. With a city deficit and Department of Education budget cuts looming, the stakes are even higher this year.

The PTA raises over $1 million annually, the equivalent of $1,700 per child. That money is used to ensure EVERY CHILD has access to critical classroom, afterschool, enrichment, and arts programs. We ask that EVERY family give what it can.

Please make a tax-deductible pledge to PS8 by November 15.
