You Are the PTA!
All parents and guardians of PS 8 children are automatically members of the PTA. Teachers are too. The community is already in place. But the lifeblood of any PTA is an active and committed group of parents. We hope you’ll do your part.
How Do I Get Involved?
Getting involved is easy — just choose your level of commitment. If you want a sustained hand in how the committee is run, nominate yourself for an Executive Board position. If you are looking to pitch in for a specific event, volunteer. If you want to write a check, respond to fund-raising requests. Have something else in mind? Remember, committee meetings are open to all parents and guardians and offers of help are always appreciated.
